A little planning. Room for real life.
Baby Day Plan is an independent educational schedule reference.
What this site does
We turn sourced age ranges into a readable example day. The project is independently maintained; it is not a medical practice and is not endorsed by the AAP, CDC, AASM or any consultant cited.
What is reviewed
Sleep totals are separated from consultant wake-window examples. Every page shows a review date and source links. Source review is not individualized clinical review.
No account needed
The tools ask for age in days, a wake time and schedule preferences. They do not request names, dates of birth, contact details or a child’s medical records.

A few little questions.
Is Baby Day Plan medical advice?
It provides educational examples. Follow your child’s pediatrician and feeding or growth instructions.
Are these exact times a target for every child?
The deterministic times illustrate a day; they do not measure your child or prescribe an outcome.
Where can I check the evidence?
The source register, each page’s source links and the methodology explain what is a recommendation, typical example or model choice.
Does a night block mean no feeds?
Rest opportunities include feeding and comfort breaks. Respond to cues and follow the clinician’s overnight guidance.
