Explore the ages

Find a flexible bedtime window.

Use age and the end of the last nap to see a typical final awake interval, alongside the full sample day.

Your child’s age
Nap preferences and optional night marker

The tool checks the supported age band. Automatic stays flexible.

A planning marker, never an instruction to skip or delay feeds.

No birth date, name or account. Typical examples, not prescriptions.

A possible bedtime window

6:30 pm–7:30 pm

Based on 2h–3h after 16:30, for the selected age and nap pattern. Watch sleepy cues; do not force a tired child to wait for this clock time.

A few little questions.

Can I use exact age in days?

Choose days in the age selector. Planning months use 30 days and weeks use seven days.

Why was a nap preference rejected?

The choice must fit the age’s supported nap band and wake intervals. Automatic uses a compatible example.

Can I save or share the result?

Open the shareable day. Its URL contains the age and schedule choices, without names or a birth date.

Should a feed wait for the marker?

Always respond to hunger cues and follow the clinician’s feeding instructions. Markers are possible opportunities.

Does the bedtime calculator replace the full day?

It adds an attributed planning interval to the last nap end. The complete day and the child’s cues remain important.
