Educational examples, not prescriptions

Baby Day Plan provides typical ranges and deterministic sample days. It is independent of the AAP, AASM, CDC, hospitals and consultants whose evidence it cites. The examples do not assess your child, prescribe sleep training, prove adequate intake or guarantee uninterrupted sleep.

Follow individualized care and safe sleep

Respond to hunger and sleepy cues, follow feeding and growth instructions from your pediatrician, and use current safe-sleep guidance for every infant sleep. A long nighttime block includes feeding and comfort breaks. Do not delay a necessary feed or medical assessment to follow a schedule. Hospital checklists depend on your hospital’s own policy.
