A few little questions.

Are all values medical recommendations?

AASM sleep totals are recommendation bands from four months. Naps and wake intervals use attributed consultant examples and labelled model interpolation.

Do sleep totals include naps?

Yes. The recommendation bands refer to the whole 24-hour period.

Can feeding frequency be fixed by a chart?

Follow hunger/fullness cues and the child’s clinician. Typical examples do not impose a feeding ceiling.

Where can I see exact clock times?

Open an age page or the generator. Its complete day is calculated from age, wake time and nap choice.
